4) Roe & Co Blended
Nose : Creamy and fragrant Notes of vanilla, custard tarts, nutmeg, lemon zest, and fresh fruit
Peppered pear, creamy vanilla, and caramel-laden oak
Taste: Notes of soft spice, mellow spun sugar, spiced pears, and woody vanilla Creamy vanilla
before fruit, pear and apple, sour lemon, unripe mangoes, and gummi fruit
Strong orchard fruit streak, particularly pear, and some distinct peppery spice

5) Red Brest Single Pot Still 12 year old
Nose: Nutty, rich and oily. There are notes of dried peels, ginger, linseed and cut fruits including
a touch of melon.
Palate: Spicy with great body. Nuts and citrus (peel and juice) with hints of marzipan,
dried fruits and a hint of Sherry. You turn it over in your mouth forever.
Finish: Long and creamy with custard and spice.
6) Tullamore Dew
Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey has tasting notes of fruit, vanilla, spice, and oak. Some say it has
a silky palate and a long, subtle finish.
Nose: Fruity and biscuity. Notes of caramel, toffee, and peels. Fruitcake, roasted almonds,
vanilla, and grain notes. A touch of lemon.
Palate: Good body with notes of sherried peels and spice. Granary toast with butter and
honey Grains and vanilla cream Rich nutty flavour and an undertone of dark fruit. Leather,
lemon curd, and caramel flavours
Finish: Quite vegetal and long with notes of caramel and toffee, Light and elegant, A little
oaky/nutty
bittersweetness, and Subtle smokiness.
